TOTAL Petrochemical 2008 Sulfolane / BTX Turnaround - Tray-Tec performed all the tower work in the turnaround, including a complete retray of 90 trays with tower attachment modifications in a 10'-0" diameter tower.

PPG, Inc. - Sulphur, Louisiana - Unit Turnaround, performed maintenance of all towers during the shutdown, including replacing trays and hardware.

Motiva Enterprises T/A - Port Arthur, Texas - Vacuum Pipestill No. 2 (VPS2), replaced tens of thousands of bubble caps, cleaned trays, installed new vessel stiffener ring.

Chemical facility, Kansas City, Kansas- replaced bottom head section of vessel and installed vessel sight glasses, and new nozzles.

Motiva Enterprises T/A - Port Arthur, Texas - Sulfur Block Turnaround - Opened, cleaned, inspected, repaired tower internals.  Installation of new reactor internals in HTU.

Calcasieu Refining - 20’-0” diameter Vacuum Tower revamp, installed new nozzles, wear plate repairs and replacement of vapor horn.  Installed new chimney trays, internal shroud (can section), and new distributors, supports and structured and grid style packings.

BP America, Inc. - Texas City, Texas - 46'-0" ID Vacuum Tower, Replace random packings, grid packing, install new bottom vessel head, patch plates, and new nozzles per ASME. Also, performed tower maintenance on 21'-0" ID Atmospheric Tower, replacing trays, hardware, and making tray repairs and collector tray sump repairs.

AES Deepwater - Pasadena, Texas - Repaired spray headers & replaced (2) chevron mist eliminators in 33'-0" ID Column

Gas Plant - in Sheridan, Texas - Column revamp, modifying support rings and installing new trays in one column and provided routine maintenance and inspection on the Amine Still Column.

Fabrication Shop - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Installed new seal welded chimney trays and packing support grids in the shop.

Chemical Plant - Baytown, Texas  - Shutdown, involving three towers, very quick schedule to tunnel, clean, replace hardware, and close tray manways.

Westlake Petrochem - Lake Charles, LA - Installation of grid packing and distributors.

Chemical Plant - in Sulphur, LA - 9’-0" ID Tower internals maintenance, opening, inspecting, and replacing hardware on trays.

PEMEX - Veracruz, Mexico - Reactor internals removal and installation. 

PEMEX Tampico, Mexico- Vessel Section replacement.
